Refund and Return Policy

At Manja Studios, we aim to provide quality products and a clear shopping experience for our customers. Before making a purchase, we recommend carefully reviewing the product description, size, color, measurements, price, and estimated delivery time.

1. General Policy

All purchases made through Manja Studios are considered final sales.

We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations due to:

  • Change of mind after completing the purchase

  • Incorrect selection of size, color, or model by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Delays caused by international shipping processes, customs, or shipping carriers

  • Products that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer

  • Errors in the shipping address provided by the customer

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to this policy.

2. Made-to-Order or Imported Products

Some products may be shipped from suppliers or distribution centers located outside Mexico. For this reason, delivery times may vary depending on the country of origin, logistics processing, customs procedures, and shipping carriers.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded due to the waiting period, provided that the order is in transit or still within the estimated delivery timeframe.

3. Exceptions

We may only review a request for a refund, exchange, or replacement if:

  • The product received is incorrect

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The product does not match what was purchased

The request must include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Email address used for the purchase

  • Clear photographs of the product received

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • A description of the issue

The request must be submitted within the first 48 hours after the order has been delivered. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted, except in cases covered by applicable legal warranties.

4. Review Conditions

For a request to be considered, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • Free from stains

  • Free from odors

  • Free from damage caused by the customer

  • Returned with its original tags, packaging, and accessories, when applicable

Manja Studios reserves the right to reject requests when the product shows signs of use, improper handling, intentional damage, or failure to comply with this policy.

5. Approved Refunds

If the request is approved, Manja Studios may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Product replacement

  • Exchange for the correct product

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

The solution will depend on the specific case, product availability, and evaluation of the issue.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear will depend on the bank, payment platform, or financial provider used.

6. Shipping Address Errors

The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Manja Studios is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incorrect postal code

  • Incomplete information

  • Missing exterior or apartment number

  • Customer absence at the time of delivery

  • Package refusal

If the package is returned or lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer, no refund will be issued.
