Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains the processing, transportation, tracking, and delivery conditions applicable to orders placed through Manja Studios.

1. Order Processing

Our standard processing time is usually 5 to 8 business days.

When a product is temporarily out of stock, experiencing high demand, made to order, or awaiting supplier availability, processing may take approximately 8 to 12 business days.

Processing time begins after:

  • The order has been successfully submitted

  • Payment has been authorized

  • Any necessary verification has been completed

Business days generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

2. International Fulfillment

Some products may be shipped from suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, or distribution centers located outside Mexico, including China or other countries.

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately and may arrive in more than one package.

Customers will not ordinarily be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is divided into multiple packages, unless otherwise disclosed before purchase.

3. Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery times may be displayed on the product page, during checkout, in the order confirmation, or through tracking information when available.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Delivery may be affected by:

  • Customs inspections

  • International transportation

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High-demand periods

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Events outside the reasonable control of Manja Studios

A shipment will not ordinarily be considered lost while it remains active in the carrier’s tracking system or is still within a reasonable delivery period.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated or displayed during checkout.

Manja Studios may offer free shipping on selected products, orders, countries, or promotional campaigns.

Any free-shipping offer is subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking details by email or through the order-status page.

Tracking information may take several business days to update after the package has been prepared or handed to a logistics partner.

Temporary gaps in tracking do not necessarily mean that a package has been lost.

6. Customs, Taxes, and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import taxes, duties, handling charges, or other government fees.

Unless the checkout page expressly states that these charges are included, customers may be responsible for charges imposed by their country or local authorities.

Manja Studios does not control customs processing times or charges imposed by government authorities.

7. Correct Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including:

  • Recipient’s full name

  • Street and number

  • Exterior and interior number, when applicable

  • Neighborhood or district

  • City

  • State or province

  • Postal code

  • Country

  • Valid telephone number

  • Delivery instructions, when necessary

Manja Studios is not responsible for delays, returns, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Address changes are not guaranteed after an order enters processing.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

The customer is responsible for monitoring tracking information and being available to receive the package.

A shipping carrier may:

  • Attempt delivery again

  • Hold the package at a collection point

  • Request additional information

  • Return the package to the sender

Packages returned because of customer absence, package refusal, incomplete information, or failure to collect the package may not qualify for a refund.

Additional shipping costs may apply when reshipment is available.

9. Delivered but Not Received

When tracking shows that a package was delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should:

  1. Verify the complete shipping address.

  2. Check entrances, reception areas, mailrooms, and safe locations.

  3. Ask household members, neighbors, security personnel, or building management.

  4. Contact the shipping carrier.

  5. Contact Manja Studios with the order number and relevant evidence.

Delivery investigations depend on the carrier’s procedures and may require additional time.

Manja Studios is not automatically responsible for theft or loss occurring after a carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, except where applicable law or the investigation results establish otherwise.

10. Lost or Damaged Packages

Customers should contact us when:

  • Tracking has stopped updating for an unusually long period

  • The shipping carrier confirms that the package was lost

  • The package arrives visibly damaged

  • Products are missing from the package

Requests should be sent to:

The request should include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Tracking number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographs of the package and shipping label

  • Photographs of damaged products

  • Any communication received from the shipping carrier

Approved resolutions may include a replacement, reshipment, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances, available evidence, product availability, and applicable law.
